This Lomo is made from purebred Iberian pigs grazing on the pastures of the Spanish oak forests for a minimum period of three months, then produced in the Guijuelo plateau holding an ideal climate for curing meats. Here offered in slices vacuum-packed for optimal preservation. It is highly recommended to open the packet and let the Lomo breathe at room temperature for at least 1 hour before savouring it.
