The Iberian Bellota ham with Guijuelo Designation of Origin, selected by Oscar Noguera and offered here, comes from 75% Iberian pigs raised outdoors and fed on bellotas (oak acorns) and other natural pastures during the last six months before slaughter.

The salting and curing process lasts at least 38 months and takes place in the highlands of Guijuelo, the town that gave its name to one of the four official Designations of Origin for Iberian ham.

The producer’s craftsmanship results in an exceptional ham that Oscar Select is pleased to offer here in thin, hand-sliced pieces, vacuum-packed for optimal preservation.

Store in a cool, dark place until opening, and open it one hour before consumption to allow it to breathe at room temperature.

After opening, we recommend consuming within 48 hours.

Directly sourced from the producer (short supply chain) in the Guijuelo region (Spain).
